Where We Started
We ran on passion.
We also ran on paperwork.
Boat registrations in filing cabinets. Licence renewals tracked in spreadsheets. Event entries arriving by email. Results typed up after the race. It worked — until it didn't. Missed payments, lost documents, and volunteer burnout were the hidden cost of analogue administration. We knew there had to be a better way.

Calendar to podium, fully connected
We publish our race calendar and open entries online. Competitors select their eligible boats, pay securely, and receive confirmation — all before race day. On the water, our officials enter results live. Championship standings calculate automatically across the season.

Competitors self-serve. You keep oversight.
Our competitors register, apply for racing licences, and select their classes through a guided portal. Each application flows through our approval queue with full audit history. Renewals, upgrades, and provisional-to-full promotions are handled without a single spreadsheet.

Safety & Compliance
Every boat, every beacon, every certificate — tracked
Boat registrations include document uploads, photo galleries, and safety equipment checks. EPIRB beacons are registered and verified. Marshal and safety boats go through their own inspection workflow. Ownership transfers are managed with full chain-of-custody records.
